Each piece from Jaded Designs & Decor is crafted with care using high-quality stainless steel and finished with a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating—a premium process that enhances durability, resists tarnish, and maintains its rich color and shine over time. PVD coating is comparable to the finishes used in high-end watches and luxury accessories, offering a level of resilience far superior to traditional plating. Surgical grade stainless steel is hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types.

To ensure your jewelry remains as radiant as the day you received it, we recommend the following care:

  • Avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, chlorine, or strong cleaning agents.
  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, or heavy physical activity to preserve its finish.
  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear to remove oils and moisture.
  • Store in a dry, clean place, ideally in a pouch or box to prevent scratches.

How do I personalize my item?
You’ll be able to enter your custom text or design notes directly on the product page. We recommend double-checking spelling, dates, and formatting—your piece will be created exactly as entered.

Can I request a custom design or phrase?
Yes! We love bringing your ideas to life. Just reach out before ordering, and we’ll confirm if your request is possible.

Can I preview my personalization before ordering?
At this time, we don’t offer live previews—but we’re happy to send a mockup upon request for certain items.

Do you accept special characters, symbols, or foreign languages?
Absolutely. Just make sure to include any special instructions in the personalization box, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I use my own image or handwriting?
Yes! For select items, we can engrave your image or handwritten message. Please upload a high-resolution file and avoid cropping—we’ll handle the formatting.

We do! Add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten note. Gift wrapping is available on select items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin crafting your item quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.

What if there’s a mistake in my personalization?
If the error was on our end, we’ll make it right. If the personalization was entered incorrectly, we’ll work with you on a discounted replacement.

Do you accept returns or exchanges on custom items?
Because each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns on personalized items. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out—we want you to love your purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund as needed.
